Why?Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What?The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:

When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

customers’ personal information; the reasons Loan Simple, Inc. chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

How does Loan Simple Inc. protect my personal information?To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Loan Simple Inc. collect my personal information?We collect your personal information, for example, when you

·         Apply for a loan and give us your income information

·         Provide employment information and apply for financing

·         give us your wage statements and provide account information.

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?Federal law gives you the right to limit only

Definitions: 

 

AffiliatesCompanies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

·         Loan Simple Inc. does not have any affiliates.

NonaffiliatesCompanies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

·         Loan Simple Inc. does not share with non-affiliates so they can   market to you.

Joint marketingA formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

·         Loan Simple Inc. does not jointly market.

 

Other important information
California Residents Only: In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about you with companies outside of Loan Simple, Inc., unless the law allows. For example, we may share information with your consent, to service your accounts, or to provide rewards or benefits you are entitled to. We will limit sharing among our companies to the extent required by California law.

Nevada Residents Only: Nevada Statute Section 228.600 (3) allows marketing calls to our existing customers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.
